Route Card - Walking and Cycling
If you are planning a walk, run or cycle with a group or on your own a route card is an excellent means to ensure that if you don't return on time, somebody is alert to your absence and will call help if required. Remember that you need to leave this with somebody who isn't going on the walk and understands that if you don't let them know you are back by a certain time, should call the emergency services.
