Join us for our exclusive women-only SUP adventure in Bath. A full day stand up paddling on the Avon River, Kennet and Avon Canals, weaving through beautiful countryside and paddling across two aqueducts too!
This is a full day paddleboarding, created for those who’ve paddled a few times before. It’s an excellent opportunity build your confidence on the board and cover longer distance in a super fun and welcoming environment.
Our SUP Day Adventures are a great escape from the business of everyday life. A chance to reconnect with nature, meet new friends and explore stunning waterways, rivers, lakes and coastlines. This adventure is a full day of paddling - meandering through the countryside and maybe having a little wild swim too.
If you’ve never SUPed before, we ask you to please have a lesson before joining our longer day paddles.
Adventure by SUP, what you need to know?

WHAT LEVEL OF SUP SKILL IS REQUIRED?
We’ll paddle for 5-6 hours, paddling at a comfortable and relaxed pace to take in the beautiful scenery.
Basic paddleboarding skills are required, so please join us after you’ve had a lesson or two, and feel confident paddling 10km. do i need to be able to swim?
You don't need to be a strong swimmer, but you must be able to swim 50m for safety. You will be provided with a buoyancy aid.
what about all the kit required?
The majority of the equipment required for your SUP is provided by us. If you need to purchase any outdoor equipment prior to you paddle with us 'Bath Outdoors' bike, outdoor & watersports shop provide a 10% discount and are happy to advise on your requirements. They will ship to you or you can pick up on arrival for your adventure.

I went on the Bath SUP trip, I'd only been out a few times before and was worried I'd be slow. The teacher was absolutely brilliant, I learned a huge amount and was taught how to paddle properly, I wasn't slow :) |
Kit & EquipmentWe provide most of the kit you'll need, you start/finish your adventure. We are partnered with a local watersports, bike and outdoor shop. If you would like to buy any kit before your paddle, Bath Outdoors have a 10% discount for our customers. You can contact the team at Bath Outdoors if you have any questions over the kit list.

Route InformationThis is a must paddle route in the UK. Paddling on the Somerset Coal Canal, Kennet & Avon Canal and the River Avon you will enjoy some of the most beautiful stretches of water in the UK. Brimming with wildlife, if you haven't seen a kingfisher before get ready for a fly past...

We start and finish at the Angelfish Cafe where there are facilities to grab some snacks (ice cream on our return) and toilets. There is a car park available onsite for £6.50 per day. If you're travelling by train, it is approximately 10-15 minutes by taxi from the station and normally about £10-15.
